D. Toyshippers.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders delayed in the Postal System or by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

G. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty items'. The vendor FlirtyorDirty Limited cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
H. This site trades in accordance with EU Distant Selling Regulations directives for online trading as follows:
- We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. We will not pass your customer details to any other party. Please see our Security page for more details.
- All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).
I: General Returns conditions:
1. Goods MUST BE unused. We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions.
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our warehouse within 14 days from the day you received and signed for your order.
DVD Returns:
As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.
Clothing Returns:
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Please note that free goods and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. (i.e. Don't think you can order £125 worth of product get a nice free rabbit, send the rest of the order back and get a full refund. You will be charged for the Rabbit at the full R.R.P and the P+P for that item.)
To avoid refund deductions please return any free goods with your returns.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed (from your local Post Office) via the Royal Mail will be subject to an automatic reshipping charge as defined on our Delivery page.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Toyshippers within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty. Faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee.
J. Payment & Security
A. Online payment: We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Maestro and Switch. Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company FlirtyorDirty Limited.
The transaction will appear on your Credit/Debit Card statement as FOD.
B. We use Sage Pay Secure Payment to process and encrypt your credit card payment details safely, using the most sophisticated online trading system available. Please click here to view the Sage Pay Security Policy. All personal details are protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. You can tell that the pages are secure because the address in the Address Bar changes from being http:// to https://. TYou should also see the padlock synbol or key in your browsers border.
Delivery
Orders are sent in plain packaging, however please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown by the postage label (in small font, but without the www.toyshippers.co.uk logo). There will be a small FOD imprint by the postage label - so you will be able to identify the package.
Cookies
This site uses cookies (information stored in a file on your computer used by your browser) in order to maintain your shopping basket during the purchasing process. If you have disabled cookies in your browser this may prevent you from successfully completing a purchase. Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods and MUST return the goods. A re-stocking/handling fee of 20% of purchase price may be charged to cover administration, banking fees, merchant charges and re-stocking etc. If you fail to return the goods, we may also charge you for the costs of recovering the goods.
